"We had the most wonderful ten days at the end of May and beginning of June at Vignes Folles, a little piece of heaven in the already magnetic Provence, just near the village of Bonnieux. The delightfully decorated farmhouse is well positioned – we sat by the pool sunning ourselves, oblivious, as the Mistral blew a gale around us; had rounds of tennis before breakfast; salads, roast chicken and rosé all from the local farmers’ markets for lunch; enjoyed BBQs under the stars in the courtyard and completely relaxed in the cosey atmosphere of the house, which is more like a home than a holiday house. The accommodation is in two houses, which for the eight of us staying, gave us ample space to ourselves and meant you could escape to the seclusion of your room if you wanted time out but equally the informal and inviting lounge, kitchen and outdoor areas – the pool, gardens, boule court and view from the boule court are particularly spectacular – allowed for plenty of fun memories as a group. There was nothing we didn’t like about Mas Vignes Folles and there were many discussions for forthcoming return trips. This place is clearly very much loved and it shows – it’s a very special place and one which I wish could be kept a secret!"

"I must say that we enjoyed the house tremendously. It really is a treat. This is the 21st year our group has gone to France for a week in May and we have been to some wonderful places including grand castles and elegant manoirs, but we're all in agreement that yours is the most perfect place so far. The spot itself is unique: quiet with magnificent views of the Luberon range and the Mont Ventoux in the distance, but close enough to the romantic villages and local shops. The two houses next to each other around the lovely courtyard create a cozy atmosphere, but provide plenty of room without feeling crowded. The courtyard with the sheltered patios allowed us to enjoy our meals and drinks outside whatever the weather. The facilities were excellent: the right mix between luxury, comfort and rustic charm. The pool with the great old olive tree are in perfect harmony. All is tastefully done. We couldn't think of anything to improve it. Thank you for having us – we will definitely come again! "

"2 wonderful weeks, which passed all too quickly. We had a marvelous time in this fabulous villa, spending a lot of time by the pool. The Luberon is our favourite place in France with amazing little villages to explore. Little markets in the morning followed by some wine tasting in one of the many vineyards. Les Vignes Folles has a very homely feel to it and works so well with the “geriatrics” in the main house and the young ones in the Annexe."
