Mas des Vignes Folles (MVF) is a privately-owned property based in Provence, France, which is available for vacation rental.
What information we collect
The Owner will collect from its Clients basic contact details to enable contact via email, post, telephone or text in relation to the Client’s vacation booking.
The Owner will collect contact details from any prospective Client who makes contact via the MVF website to enable the Owner to discuss a possible vacation rental .
Who the information is shared with
The Owner guarantees not to pass the Client’s information to any outside source at any time, other than the Property Manager who needs this information to ensure the Client’s requirements are carried out.
How the information is used
The details the client has supplied to the Owner will be used to confirm the Client’s booking of the rental property directly to the Client.
The bank details which the Client has supplied within the rental Contract will be kept private at all times and will only be used for the transfer of the Client’s funds.
From time to time, the Owner will email the Client to give him information about his vacation rental in the relevant year.
In subsequent years, the Owner may email the Client information about the property but the Client can unsubscribe from this at any stage by emailing the Owner.
How long information is stored for
The information the Client passes to the Owner of MVF will be stored for 5 years.
How to access your information
The Client can access the information which the Owner holds on behalf of the Client by requesting this in writing via email from the Owner.
