| Minimum rental period: | 7 days. |
| Holiday supplements: | 1000 euros per week for Christmas and New Year and 700 euros for Easter week. |

| Remaining balance: | 75% payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. |
| Damage deposit: | 1000 euros payable 10 weeks prior. |
